Cases for using the hardware and software complex to solve the following problems in the city:

On road networks

monitor noise levels and record vehicles and other means of transport (license plate, time, photo, and video) producing noise above the permissible limit. Such vehicles can be fined automatically or detained by inspectors.

On the river

monitor noise levels and detect excessive noise produced by vessels in the Moscow River aquatory to ensure comfort for passengers of regular urban river transport routes.

At construction objects

for monitoring compliance with regulated timeframes for construction work, as well as for controlling adherence to permissible noise levels.

Problem issues

Noise pollution in the urban environment negatively affects productivity and health

Noise at a level of 110 dB and higher causes hearing loss and can lead to complete deafness.

Noise from 85 dB and above negatively affects hearing sensitivity and leads to its reduction at high frequencies, causing irreversible changes.

It is difficult to sleep with noise above 30 dB. The main source of noise pollution is transport vehicles — cars, trains, ships, and airplanes.

Advantages

The intelligent hardware-software complex for video recording and monitoring is designed to measure noise levels, values and current time, navigational parameters, and to determine the complex's coordinates based on them.

When a noise exceedance is detected, audio, photo, and video recording of the object identified as the noise source is performed.

The complex has a measurement instrument type approval certificate and can be used for automatic violation reporting — Order of Rosstandart No. 51 dated January 14, 2025, on the approval of the "Efir" complex as a type of measurement instrument.
